As a Eugene Oregon wedding photographer, I am always drawn to weddings that feel connected to place, people, and light. Kendall and Joseph’s family farm wedding in Eugene, Oregon was exactly that. It was a celebration surrounded by golden fields, colorful florals, and the warmth of family and friends.
Overall, the day felt joyful, relaxed, and beautifully rooted in the Willamette Valley landscape.
The day began at the historic Princess Anne House in Springfield, Oregon. This setting offered soft natural light and a calm atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to start the wedding day.
Meanwhile, Kendall spent the morning with her bridesmaids. Their energy was joyful and lighthearted, and it carried through every part of the morning. In addition, their butter yellow dresses added a soft and cohesive summer palette that photographed beautifully.

Next, the celebration moved to a golden field on the family farm just outside Eugene, Oregon. The ceremony space featured a circular platform surrounded by vibrant florals designed by Flowers and Thyme.
Because the landscape was already so striking, the design felt intentional yet effortless. The open sky, warm grasses, and floral color all worked together to create a setting that felt both expansive and intimate.
As a result, the ceremony felt grounded, emotional, and visually stunning without needing anything extra.

Kendall was absolutely radiant throughout the day. From portraits in the fields to moments spent with her bridesmaids, she brought an infectious energy that made every part of the celebration feel joyful. Her bridesmaids matched that energy perfectly, creating some of my favorite candid moments of the day.

After the ceremony, guests gathered beneath a white reception tent on the property. Inside, colorful florals softened the space and added warmth to the clean white structure.
Throughout the evening, the atmosphere stayed relaxed and full of movement. Guests shared dinner, laughter, and conversation as the sun shifted across the fields.

Ultimately, Kendall and Joseph’s wedding is a beautiful example of what makes being a Eugene Oregon wedding photographer so meaningful. Family farm weddings in Oregon allow space for connection, landscape, and celebration to exist naturally together.
In the end, golden fields, colorful florals, and a community of loved ones created a day that felt both simple and unforgettable.
